Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Our Sexual Harassment Prevention Training is an interactive workshop that contains real world examples that challenge employees’ beliefs and perceptions regarding inappropriate behavior at work and how to prevent them. As the stories unfold, employees explore the facts, read between the lines, and hear from witnesses and experts.

A three-step process is incorporated into the training that promotes personal responsibility to help maintain a harassment-free workplace.

We offer sexual harassment prevention training, annual refresher training, and new-hire orientation training that both managers and employees can attend together.
