It is important to us that we give our clients the power to pick and choose services that add value to their business at a predictable cost.

Whether an employer of 1 or 1,000- all businesses need HR support. But how much support is determined by the needs of your business. Some may only need questions answered from time to time. While some need may need onsite presence to assist with employee and management concerns.

With that in mind, we offer Project Base and Membership options for our services so that you can get EXACTLY what your business needs.

Project Base: Recommended if you have a  specific project in mind. Fees are a set hourly rate. Example projects may be: the need for hiring help, conducting sexual harassment  training, or developing an employee handbook.

Membership Plans: Recommended if you want monthly access to a variety HR services. Monthly membership plans are offered at 3 different levels. Support varies  from answering employment related questions to onsite administration of HR activities.
