With our dynamic experiences gained from both professional and personal environments, we are able to address various situations and provide our clients with an abundance of strategic and tactical support that their business can benefit from. Collectively, Kinections has over 50 years of experience working in various industries, with different size companies, and we each play an active role in supporting our local communities.

Mia Wyatt

Co-Founder and CEO, MBA, PHR
Mia co-founded HR Kinections, with her father Pat Vache, in 2004. She brought with her over 10 years practical experience in human resources administration, recruiting, and benefit design and analysis.

She enjoys working with small organizations across all sectors, providing human resource support, training in management and leadership, and guiding them to success through sound human resource and talent acquisition practices. HR Kinections is Mia’s second successful startup!

Mia earned a Bachelor’s from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree from Seattle University.

On the weekend, you will most likely find her at some type of soccer match, whether it’s her own her children’s matches or the Sounders!

Pat Vache

Pat has over 40 years of leadership and executive management experience with small to midsize organizations. Pat’s holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration; which eventually led to the co-founding of HR Kinections.

Pat has also devoted many years to the nonprofit and local government sectors. He has serviced as Vice President for the City of Redmond Council, and some of his volunteer duties include service as the Board of Directors President for Hopelink, Board Chair Redmond Chamber of Commerce and as a Founding Trustee for the Lake Washington School District.

On the weekend you will find Pat working in the yard and attending grandchildren’s sporting events, unless it is Husky football season – then you will find him at the game! Go Dawgs!

Trish Williamson

Partner, PHR
Trish’s background and experience in operations and team development have been key in shaping her customer first philosophy. She dynamically leads teams of people to achieve high levels of success. She has successfully supported startups and small companies from different industries in various HR capacities and has a solid ground in understanding the working relationships between different functions within an organization.

She has a passion for continuous improvement and helping businesses succeed. She earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Central Washington University.

When not thinking of the next move, you’ll either find her on the bball court or chasing her two small boys and puppies.

Andrew Walker

Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
Andrew’s background in hospitality, recruiting and HR administration have been an ideal fit for HR Kinections. His Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (with a Human Resource focus) has armed him with the tools necessary for providing excellent human resource support to all of our clients and client employees.

Andrew’s HR career expanded in 2014 when he took on an additional role with HR Kinections, as our first Talent Acquisition Specialist, honing his skillset to find and place top notch candidates with our clients. During his time with HR Kinections he has supported a wide variety of businesses in full service HR and has successfully placed over 100 individuals.

On the weekend, you might find him playing cards with friends while cheering on the Seahawks!

Nate Silva

Talent Acquisition Manager
Nate has more than 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience within the staffing, corporate, and startup environments. His experience spans across many business verticals; finance, human resources, marketing, sales, and of course his specialty design and technology. He also possesses two AIRS/ADP recruiting certificates; Certified Internet Recruiter and Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter.

Nate enjoys the challenges that finding talent presents as well as helping companies hire their industry dream teams.

While not finding talent, you will most likely find him jogging the streets of Seattle or taking in a Sounders match!
