With our dynamic experiences gained from both professional and personal environments, we are able to address various situations and provide our clients with an abundance of strategic and tactical support that their business can benefit from. Collectively, Kinections has over 50 years of experience working in various industries, with different size companies, and we each play an active role in supporting our local communities.
Pat Vaché, partner, has over 40 years of leadership and executive management experience with small to midsize organizations that manufacture and d
istribute technical products, which include an iconic Redmond manufacturing company and several start-ups. Pat’s BA from the University of Washington is in Human Resource Administration which led him to join with Mia to create the Kinections Partnership to help small companies define, develop, and manage their human resource competency. With his passion and dedication to making companies succeed, he has a particular focus on Organization Development by utilizing various training and mentoring techniques.
Pat has also devoted many years to the nonprofit and local government sectors. He is currently holding public office as the Vice President for the City of Redmond Council, and some of his volunteer duty is being served as the Board of Directors VP for Hopelink and as a Founding Trustee for the Lake Washington School District.
Mia Wyatt, PHR, MBA, partner, has over 10 years practical experience in human resources administration and benefit design and analysis. Much
of her experience has been with a large manufacturing company. In the most recent 5 years, Mia has worked with small companies in various industries to define, develop, and manage their human resource competency.
Mia is an active Board Member with the Northshore Schools Foundation and current chair for the development of National Board Teacher Certification grant program for Northshore Schools Foundation. She is an active member of the Bothell Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Ambassador’s Committee. Mia’s other joys are spending time with family in Bothell and teaching gymnastics at a local gymnastics center.
Trish Tokarek, partner, brings a manufacturing, customer service, and team development portfolio to Kinections. Trish dynamically leads teams
of people to achieve high levels of success. She has successfully supported start ups and small companies from different industries in various HR capacities and has a solid ground in understanding the working relationships between different functions within an organization. She received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Central Washington University.
Trish has actively helped organize teams and participated in various fundraising events such as JDRF Northwest: Nordstrom Beat the Bridge and Hopelink’s Turkey Trot. She is also an active member of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce.
